Job summary

POP MART in Wisconsin is seeking a Sales Lead to inspire the team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive store performance. As Leader on Duty, you will guide associates, manage daily operations, and support product launches while ensuring visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.

You will report to Store Manager, work evenings/weekends, and promote POP MART brands, artists, and exclusive collections while maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and foster an inclusive team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to interpret business metrics and drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as the Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve goals.
• Build relationships with customers by sharing POP MART's stories, characters, and collaborations.
• Maintain an energetic, engaging environment and ensure operational excellence.
