Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiates conversation with customers and informs them of promotions.
• Contributes to selling environment by connecting with customers and sharing product info.
• Delivers a seamless shopping experience through product knowledge and pricing.
• Supports in-store pickup process including loading furniture.
• Leads the store environment and daily zone chart to drive sales and productivity.
• Acts as an elevated team member, enhancing each customer's experience.
