Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Keyholder for a part-time, in-store role. You will assist with daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure superior client experience while supporting the sales team in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities including opening/closing the store and safeguarding assets. This role emphasizes Lilly Pulitzer’s visual standards and core values in a lively retail setting.

Formación

• Prior supervisory experience in fashion or retail preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily store operations including sales and client experience.
