Dry Goods seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers create their personal style. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure the store presents clean and exciting visuals.

You'll develop relationships to grow store business, execute duties of a sales associate, and assess performance to improve service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service - train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
