Dry Goods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assist with all operations.

Qualifications

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute duties of sales associate and achieve sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve service and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
