Job summary

Dry Goods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assist with operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

As part of our team, you will train, coach and lead by example, develop relationships to grow store business, and ensure sales goals are met while maintaining a positive work

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or coaching associates.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
