Job summary

David’s Bridal in the United States is seeking a dynamic Dream Maker to join the management team. You will build and retain a high performing team, deliver world‑class guest service, and exceed sales plans by coaching and mentoring colleagues across selling and alterations.

You will lead on‑shift staffing, drive floor leadership, monitor inventory, process special orders, and ensure top quality merchandise while maintaining a five‑star guest experience.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is required.
• Two–four years in apparel retail management preferred.
• Experience with a computerized POS system is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and models a customer‑first culture across all roles; manage active floor staffing and feedback.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills and customer service.
• Monitor payroll and ensure hours stay within monthly budget; review timesheets for all roles.
• Oversee inventory management, special orders, receiving, layaway, and merchandise quality.
