Dollar General Corporation is seeking a dependable Cashier/Stocker to support store operations and leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, stocking, plan-o-grams, and top‑notch customer service.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, ring up purchases, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment. The position requires teamwork and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months supervisory experience (or related training) preferred.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and handle cash accurately.
• Knowledge of plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.

Responsabilités

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise.
• Receive, open, and unpack cartons and totes.
• Operate cash register and scan items.
• Provide exemplary customer service and assist shoppers.
• Maintain clean and organized store environment and displays.
• Open/close store under guidance of Area Manager.
