Dollar General Corporation in Arlington, TX is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate the register, stock and rotate merchandise, and support the Store Manager in daily operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

As a lead, you will greet customers, manage checkout, help with displays, follow planograms, and step in when the Store Manager is unavailable.

Formación

• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of safety policies and practices.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including percentages.
• Ability to operate cash registers and scanners.
• Knowledge of cash handling and deposit procedures.
• Ability to drive own vehicle to bank deposits if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner; total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise; restock and rotate on shelves; build displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; mop and sanitize store areas.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under Store Manager direction.
• Perform duties in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
