Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling and training of employees.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink control.
• Ensure cash handling integrity and deposits.
• Assist Store Manager in their absence and provide store oversight.
