Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus in Brunswick, GA. You will assist customers, operate cash registers, stock merchandise, and support store leadership in daily operations.

The role includes opening/closing the store, managing displays, and performing duties in the absence of the Store Manager. High school diploma and some supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related training) preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides.
• Understanding of safety policies and practices.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and handle cash accurately.
• Experience with cash registers and cashier accountability.

Aufgaben

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment, make change, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves, and build displays.
• Clean the store, take out trash, dust and mop floors, and maintain restroom and stockroom.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform additional duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
