Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required cash procedures.
• Completes returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change for registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience to customers and patients.
• Engages customers, assists with products/services, and resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Hold store keys, open back door for deliveries, and assist with vendor orders and backroom tasks.
• Record sales, scanning accuracy, price checks, and price changes; maintain pricing signage.
• Assist with inventory counts, displays, resets, and stock rotation; ensure compliance.
• Assist with bookkeeping, cash reports, and general store maintenance.
