Job summary

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking displays, managing planograms, assisting customers, and ensuring a clean, secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math calculations (add/subtract/percentages).
• Knowledge of cash handling and cashier accountability.
• Ability to operate IBM cash register functions.
• Knowledge of cash, safety and loss prevention policies.
• Effective interpersonal and oral/written communication.
• Understanding of safety policies and planogram guidance.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks per store process.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons.
• Stock, rotate and face merchandise; build displays.
• Restock returned/recovered merchandise.
• Order zones and drop shipments as directed by Store Manager.
• Assist in planogram implementation and maintenance.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Maintain clean front end, stockroom and restrooms.
• Greet customers entering the store; manage register area.
