We’re on the search for a Sales Associate to support our brand, which is civic-minded and pop culture-driven. As a BoxLunch Sales Associate, you'll contribute to our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store visually, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and excellent service.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and cover designated zones.
• Operate the register, process sales, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

• Experience in retail is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
