Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail.
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling.
• Must be at least 18 years old to join the fandom force.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They’ll be impressed by your product knowledge, customer experience skills, and use of the Force.
• Cover the sales floor zone and maintain visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Keep stock room organized and the store tidy; maintain team spirit and communication.
• Other activities as assigned by Store Leader.
