BoxLunch & Hot Topic in Colorado Springs is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an amazing in-store experience for fans. You’ll share your fandom knowledge, stock shelves, and merchandise the store to attract customers.

You’ll operate the register, drive add-on sales, assist with planograms, and work with the team to keep the shop tidy and welcoming. If you love pop culture and philanthropy, join our fandom force. This role is integral to our civic-minded, community-driven brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate a store.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards.
• Work the register - process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Prevent theft by collaborating with Store Management to maintain security.
• Keep stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and support Store Leader with other tasks.
