Job summary

Good 2 Go Stores LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and mentor a diverse team. You’ll take on store manager responsibilities when the manager is away and ensure excellent customer service.

You’ll supervise pricing, inventories, scheduling, cash handling, and safety standards, while upholding company values and promoting a friendly, fast-paced retail environment across our Western US footprint.

Qualifications

• Must have prior leadership experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Assume store manager duties in their absence.
• Lead sales initiatives and manage inventory, labor, and scheduling.
• Coach, train, and provide corrective action to staff.

• Oversee cash handling and reporting.
