Job summary

Good 2 Go Stores LLC is hiring an Assistant Store Savant to manage store operations in the manager's absence, drive sales, handle inventory and labor, and ensure cash control. You’ll coach teams, maintain standards, and support promotions with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Lead store operations when the manager is absent, including sales, inventory, labor, scheduling, cash handling, and maintenance logging.
• Coach and develop store teams, ensure adherence to mission, vision and core values.
• Handle onboarding paperwork and maintain store standards, promotions, displays and planograms.
• Ensure safety, EPA compliance, and emergency readiness according to company policy.

Responsibilities

• Takes on all store manager responsibilities when the manager is not present, such as building sales, managing inventory, managing labor, scheduling shifts, cash management, and logging maintenance issues
• Lead out in ensuring that the mission, vision and core values are followed.
• Spend time on coaching, training, providing corrective action, assessing, and actively leading all store teams.
• Make sure that new hire and existing employee paperwork is complete and up to date.
• Follow presentation standards and make sure your store is spick and span.
• Guarantee that the current promo period, displays, and planograms are followed.
• Deliver the best food in town by following the food playbook.
• Be the best of pals with our friends and fix any issues they have.
• Ensure company safety standards are followed and promoted. Train all employees on emergency situations such as spills, stoppage of pumps or other critical safety activities.
• Promise that EPA compliance and documentation are taken care of.
• Be a neighbor in the community.
• Cover additional shifts if unable to coordinate coverage with team.
