Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take charge of building sales, managing inventory, managing labor, scheduling shifts, cash management, and logging maintenance issues.
• Lead in ensuring that the mission, vision and core values are followed.
• Coach and train, provide corrective action, assess, and actively lead all store teams; be flexible in covering roles when needed.
• Ensure new hire and existing employee paperwork is complete.
• Check Team member systems updates and changes.
• Develop career paths to turn team members into future leaders.
• Follow presentation standards and keep the store clean and organized.
• Ensure current promo periods, displays and planograms are followed.
• Deliver the best food in town by following the playbook.
• Resolve customer issues and stay friendly with neighbors and friends.
• Ensure EPA compliance and documentation.
• Be a community neighbor.
• Cover additional shifts when required.
