Dollar General Corporation in Hephzibah, GA is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to support a customer-first store environment. You will help customers locate and purchase merchandise, operate the cash register, stock and rotate products, and maintain clean, inviting aisles.

The role also involves leading by example, opening/closing duties, and performing in leadership capacity when the Store Manager is unavailable. Prior supervisory exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Ability to read planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Strong math and cash handling abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment and give change.
• Stock merchandise; restock and rotate displays; build merchandise displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; mop floors; clean restrooms and stockrooms.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties of Sales Associate and lead in the Manager's absence.
