Men's Wearhouse is seeking a Store Lead in Monroeville to partner with the Store Manager, coach the team, drive sales and ensure operational excellence when on duty. This role entails opening/closing duties as the manager on duty and maintaining store standards.

You will lead with energy, recruit and develop staff, and elevate the customer experience through strong execution of company procedures and brand guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned-into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills. Prove training and development of high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

• Assist in training store staff on internal operational functions.

• Support store programs to increase sales, service, operations, and branding.

• Promote learning and development with training tools.
• Serve as a role model and provide motivational leadership.
• Hold regular store meetings to keep staff updated with directives.
• Train the team on customer service expectations to create an exceptional experience and high Net Promoter Score.

• Ensure store visuals align with brand standards and marketing initiatives.
