Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. Milwaukee store is seeking a Manager on Duty to lead store staff, drive sales and uphold service standards.

You will model company values, coach team members, and coordinate priorities to maximize daily results. You will work with the management team to recruit and train staff, monitor performance using store reports, and ensure the store remains visually aligned with brand standards and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned-into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shifts, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and/or supplies, and distinguish fabric patterns and colors.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to meet sales, service, and operational goals as manager on duty.
• Communicate priorities and sales-driving information to staff.
• Assist in recruiting store staff and promote an inclusive store environment.
• Train store staff on customer service expectations to create an exceptional customer experience.
• Support management in achieving store business plans using sales and service metrics.
• Identify performance opportunities and assist development plans.
• Participate in training and onboarding of staff.
• Ensure proper staffing to execute initiatives and maintain brand standards.
• Collaborate with management to ensure store visuals align with brand standards and marketing initiatives.
