TravelCenters of America is hiring a Cashier Lead to join our store team. You will provide excellent customer service, process transactions at the POS, and help keep the food and beverage area clean and organized.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of cashier experience, knowledge of POS systems, and merchandising/stocking skills. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and some holidays is expected.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of cashier experience preferred.
• Computer/POS knowledge required.
• Register audits and safe counting experience preferred.
• Merchandising/stocking experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a fun, fast-paced environment focused on customer service
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently at the POS
• Process transactions and maintain clean food/beverage area
• Receive, stock, and rotate merchandise on planograms
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Assist with scheduling and train junior cashiers
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report unsafe situations
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members
