• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance and customer experience.
• Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and performance evaluation; provides guidance to develop the team.
• Adheres to and enforces Company policies and store procedures to ensure a fair, positive environment.
