Reports To: Store Manager
As a Store Lead, you will partner with your Store Manager to support store team members in achieving sales performance expectations through active coaching, developing a team selling environment, and operational excellence when you are the manager on duty. This position is assigned store keys to open and close the store when scheduled, in the capacity of the manager on duty.

Leadership
- Partner with Store management to lead staff in sales, service, and operational expectations when on duty
- Model company values and lead by example as an active coach
- Communicate priorities and sales information effectively
- Assist in recruiting and promote an inclusive environment
Performance
- Support achievement of store business plans
- Leverage store reports for decision-making
- Drive outreach opportunities and communicate leads
- Identify performance opportunities and support development plans
Operational Excellence
- Ensure proper staffing and effective execution of initiatives
- Assist with staff training on operational functions
- Stay informed on company policies and initiatives
- Support implementation of store programs to increase efficiency
Workplace Culture
- Contribute to an engaged and inclusive environment
- Support learning and development
- Serve as a role model and provide motivational leadership
- Conduct regular store meetings to update team
Customer Experience
- Train staff on customer service expectations
- Use feedback to resolve concerns
- Ensure store visual standards and marketing initiatives are met
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience
- Creative, judgment-oriented, and business-savvy
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Proven team training and development ability
- Proficient in technology, Microsoft Office, and POS systems
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and distinguish fabric patterns and colors
