Reports To: Store Manager
As a Store Lead, you will partner with your Store Manager to support store team members in achieving sales performance expectations through active coaching, developing a team selling environment, and operational excellence when you are the manager on duty. This position is assigned store keys to open and close the store when scheduled, in the capacity of the manager on duty.

Leadership
- Partner with Store management to lead store staff in achieving sales, service, and operational goals when assigned as the manager on duty
- Model company values and lead by example as an active coach
- Communicate priorities and sales information effectively to maximize business
- Assist in recruiting store staff and contribute to an inclusive store environment
Performance
- Support the management team in achieving store business plans, including sales and operational goals
- Use store reports to make informed decisions to drive the business
- Participate in business outreach and communicate leads to the Store Manager
- Identify performance opportunities and collaborate on development plans
Operational Excellence
- Ensure proper staffing and effective execution of initiatives
- Assist with training staff on operational functions
- Stay informed on company policies and initiatives
- Support implementation of store programs to increase efficiency
Workplace Environment
- Contribute to an engaged and inclusive store culture
- Support learning and development initiatives
- Serve as a motivational leader and role model
- Conduct regular store meetings to keep team informed
Customer Experience
- Train the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Use customer feedback to resolve concerns
- Ensure visual standards and marketing initiatives are maintained
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail or sales experience
- Creative, judgmental, and business-savvy
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Active listener and problem solver
- Proven ability to develop high-performing teams
- Proficient in technology and Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate a computer and POS system
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for most of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks as needed
