Job summary

Eastside Golf is seeking a Keyholder to support store sales, staff, and customer service, while promoting a sales culture and brand experience. You will work on the selling floor, help develop associates' sales techniques, and demonstrate product knowledge to grow the business.

The ideal candidate is dedicated to customer satisfaction, communicates effectively, and is available on weekends and holidays. You will hold the Store Key and help plan events to build the local customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach sales staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and motivate staff to hit targets.
• Develop sales techniques to maximize store performance.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and fluent selling.
• Lead on-floor sales with management to identify marketing opportunities.
• Plan events with the Store Manager to grow the local customer base.
• Provide World Class customer service and manage client books.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Empower staff to act in the customer's best interest.
• Hold Store Key and ensure store readiness.
