Job summary

Under Armour, Inc is seeking a Sales Keyholder in Merrimack, NH to drive sales, coach teammates, and uphold brand standards. This is a part-time, in-store role requiring leadership during shifts and a commitment to excellent customer service.

You will lead through daily selling, manage loss prevention, assist with opening/closing, and partner with store leadership to meet KPI targets while delivering an exceptional athlete experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.

Responsibilities

• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Coach, train, and support teammates.
• Open and close the store when necessary.
