Job summary

Under Armour in Maine is seeking a Part-Time Sales Keyholder to support store leaders, drive sales, coach teammates, and maintain high energy on every shift. This role offers a pathway into leadership with opportunities to influence customer experience daily.

You will ensure great customer service, lead selling culture, and manage loss prevention, opening/closing duties, and daily store operations while staying tech-savvy with handheld devices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support customer needs.
• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Coach, train, and support teammates while on shift.
• Assist with loss prevention, safety and store audit expectations.
• Open and close the store when necessary and manage daily operations.
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked.
