Job summary

Under Armour in Concord, NC is seeking a Part-Time Sales Keyholder. You will work as the right hand to store leaders, driving sales, coaching teammates, and maintaining energy on the floor.

Responsibilities include leading a selling culture, delivering excellent customer service, and training teammates while managing store standards and safety. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail/customer service experience.
• Local language fluency; basic English a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Knowledge of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, safety.
• Strong selling experience and industry understanding.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all teammates provide great customer service.
• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Recognize and reward performance.
• Coach, train, and support teammates.
• Manage loss prevention, safety, and audit expectations and results.
• Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked.
• Open and close the store when necessary.
• Support in driving sales and KPI target achievement.
• Act as the leader on duty and model brand standards.
• Provide information on a wide portfolio of technical products.
• Partner with store leadership on standards for merchandise and floor sets.
• Evaluate store sales and payroll goals using payroll reports and adjust schedules.
