Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• One year as a store associate or customer service representative
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to learn and drive sales

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers while informing them of BRS products and services
• Open and close the store and assist in management absence
• Drive sales in all departments
• Order, replenish and maintain inventory
• Operate alarms, cash registers and scanners
• Follow age verification policies
• Process payments and provide receipts
• Balance register drawer and handle refunds/exchanges
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness
• Assist in promotions and event setup
• Observe vehicle policies and ensure safe deliveries
