Job summary

Liquor Barn, Party Mart, and DEP'S (BRS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of GoPuff, with 23 Kentucky locations and a 80% resident delivery radius. The Key Holder role involves opening/closing, supporting management, and driving sales of BRS products while delivering exceptional customer service.

The position requires 21+ age, flexible hours, and at least one year in a store/retail role, with opportunities to develop leadership and team skills within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as business requires.
• Desire to continually develop retail sales skills and product knowledge.
• Minimum one year as a store associate or customer service representative.
• Experience in a team environment requiring professional communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer and team relationships.
• Positive, engaging attitude and demeanor.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and act in management’s absence during high volume periods.
• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales through BRS products.
• Operate the alarm system and maintain store safety standards.
• Assist with inventory, pricing accuracy, and cashier duties.
• Balance register, process refunds and gift card activity.
• Deliver friendly service while training new employees.
