Job summary

GoPuff's Liquor Barn, Party Mart, and DEP'S (BRS) unit seeks a Key Holder to support opening/closing duties, customer service, and staff guidance in a busy Kentucky store. You will help manage inventory, assist with cashier functions, and act as a stand-in for management during peak periods.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated customer service experience in retail or service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and offering product recommendations.
• Open and close the store and assist in periods of high volume.
• Operate the cash register and assist with cashier duties.
• Balance the register and ensure accurate pricing and inventory levels.
• Assist in training new employees and maintaining store standards.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
• Assist in promotions and event setup and deliver quality service.
