• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Drive exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, policies, and store strategy.
• Set daily/shift goals and direct team during opening/closing routines.
• Create connections with customers and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
