Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring for a Key Carrier role. This position extends the Coordinator role and requires open availability, including nights and weekends, with a strong focus on customer service leadership.

You will model exceptional service and coach Associates while supporting store operations. You’ll act as Manager on Duty when needed, ensure adherence to policies, and help maintain a positive shopping experience for customers and teams alike.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed.
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides coaching to Associates.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
