Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Support Associate to help manage inventory and support both the back-of-house and sales floor. You will process shipments, move products from stockroom, and ensure items are where they need to be.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. You’ll help maintain brand standards, assist with visual directives, and support a positive customer experience while contributing to a collaborative store culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to regular attendance.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: properly intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure the stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives: floor sets, window changes, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.

About the role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
