Job summary

LOFT in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Stock Associate to help store operations run smoothly. You will oversee shipment processing, move product from stockroom to sales floor, and keep stockrooms, floors, and desks organized and stocked.

You take ownership of the process and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining visual and operational standards, preparing the store and backroom, and managing inventory and pricing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
