Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Stock Associate to help the store run smoothly, overseeing shipment processing and moving products from stockroom to sales floor. You will ensure organization, assist customers, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

You will greet customers, maintain high standards, manage stock and inventory, and support store leaders in daily operations. This role emphasizes attention to detail and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.

• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
