Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will engage with customers, educate them on products and benefits, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided on store processes and products, with opportunities for career growth and participation in incentive programs. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are available to both full-time and part-time teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience and processes.
• Attract potential customers and drive sales activity in location.
