Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools to identify needs and demonstrate value through solution-based selling.
• Complete store on-boarding training and stay updated on promotions and processes via the Hub.
• Connect with customers, follow up, capture referrals, and manage Be Back activities to drive sales.
• Collaborate with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
