The Store-in-Store Manager is a key member of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within Store-in-Store partner locations. They lead a team of Mobile Experts, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a high-traffic environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations, customer needs, and the retail experience. The manager builds and deepens customer relationships through meaningful interactions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while meeting performance goals.
