Job Overview

The Store-in-Store Manager is a vital part of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within Store-in-Store partner locations, where active customer engagement is key. They lead a team of Mobile Experts, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a high-traffic environment, continuously adapting to technological innovations, customer needs, and evolving retail experiences. The manager builds and deepens customer relationships through meaningful interactions, ensuring exceptional service while meeting performance goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Responsible for inspiring Mobile Experts with a passion for customers, conducting observations and providing feedback, managing customer flow, and ensuring team knowledge of products, services, and store systems. They oversee store operations, including opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, and maintaining store standards.
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Engage proactively with customers, educate them about products and services, and leverage digital tools during interactions. Build a sales funnel, follow up with customers, and ensure a high-quality customer experience on-site.
  • Account Partnership: Build strong relationships with Store-in-Store partner leadership and nearby sales teams to drive mutual success and referrals.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years retail management and sales experience (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Store management and operations expertise
  • Exceptional customer service skills
Licenses and Certifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $62,400 - $112,600, including incentives. Base Pay Range: $46,800 - $84,450. Actual pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
