• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word; able to use calculator and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and training processes.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution; maintain positive work environment.
• Maintain personnel records and payroll data; generate reports.
• Support safety audits and collaborate with store management and HR teams.
