Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them throughout the store.
• Coordinate all employee information updates in the Workday time and attendance system.
• Counsel department heads and employees on performance reviews, scheduling, benefits, wages, and personnel matters; serve as Insurance Coordinator and 401(k) Coordinator.
• Develop and manage recruiting and retention programs; manage full hiring process including interviewing, placement, orientation, and training.
• Coordinate employee transfers between stores and track vacation and personal days.
