Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 2–3 years HR and accounting coursework.
• Hy-Vee experience preferred.
• Strong communication and discretion.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee information updates in Workday.
• Counsel department heads on performance reviews and benefits.
• Develop and manage recruiting and retention programs.
• Conduct payroll adjustments and report to corporate.
• Prepare wage verifications and leave requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Schedule and conduct store HR meetings.
