Job summary

7 Brew Coffee in Town of Plainfield, NY is seeking a capable Manager to lead a stand, drive growth, and uphold the brand’s culture, mission, and standards. You will coach the crew, manage shifts, and ensure fast service, quality beverage prep, and clean, safe operations.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee training, inventory, cash handling, and performance feedback, developing leaders and solving daily challenges in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced restaurant settings.
• Proven ability to coach a large crew and develop leaders.
• Strong focus on customer service and speed of service.
• Experience building and managing weekly schedules.
• Experience with inventory, cash handling, and health compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead stand operations and coach Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Maintain fast service times, cleanliness, and customer interactions.
• Provide regular feedback and develop team members' strengths.
• Create weekly schedules balancing labor cost with service quality.
• Manage inventory, small wares, and equipment, including cash handling.
