Responsibilities

• Proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skills.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness and customer interactions through training.
• Provide regular feedback to team on strengths and growth areas.
• Create weekly shift schedules balancing labor costs and service speed.
• Track and order inventory, small wares and equipment to reduce waste.
• Manage cash handling, deposits and change for the stand.
• Facilitate team meetings and development for Shift Leads and Brewistas.
• Own solutions and escalate as needed with upper management.
• Develop new leaders for current and future roles.
• Implement directives from upper management and delegate tasks.
• Ensure crew meets health requirements and safety standards.
