Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise daily store operations.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff to grow store capabilities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays that reflect brand standards.
• Analyze reporting to inform business decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory controls.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems to complete transactions.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders as required.
• Represent the brand and uphold company culture and values.
