TitleMax in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and drive store performance. You will coach a team, ensure compliance, and deliver world‑class customer service to build brand loyalty.

This full‑time, on‑site role offers an hourly base pay of $19.25 with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits and training to grow your leadership and earning potential. Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least two years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Operations experience in a leadership capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth.
• Lead the charge for local marketing strategies and community events to drive revenue.
• Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications while assessing risk within limits.
