Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, or related industry.

• Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally if needed.
• Background check and ability to meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.

• Maintain store appearance, planograms, and promotional materials.
